Ecommerce API - Renew User Token
Forgot your Application Name or Certificate? Resend API Sign Up Email to the original signup address.
How to use this form
- Enter the Application Name: Enter the application name as it was entered when originally signing up for the API. This must be spelled exactly the same as the original submittal. If you do not recall your Application Name click the below Resend Email link below. NOTE: For security purposes only the original email address used at signup can be sent the email.
- Enter the Certificate: Your certificate was supplied to via email at the time of signing up for access to the public API. If you do not recall your Certificate value click the below Resend Email link below. NOTE: For security purposes only the original email address used at signup can be sent the email.
- As an extra security measure to protect you and your customer data, after submitting the Application Name and Certificate, you will be prompted for a Username and Password. You will need to use the Username and Password you setup in your Ecommerce Control Panel and is also used by your application to access the Public API.
You will be required to successfully complete all 3 steps to reset your API Token. You must then update your application with the new Token.
